I don't think you should be giving ratings on Lancaster Electric Co or any company for that matter based on what an employee did OUTSIDE of work. It is not like when employees are hired they are asked if they are racist. I doubt when a customer calls to schedule an appt the receptionist asked what ethnicity they are. I don't agree with people being racist but putting review where someone works based on their outside life ridiculous. I have heard nothing but good things about this company.

It's a great company. What an employee does outside of work hours is completely irrelevant to the quality of the company. Their employees are professional in the workplace and they do a great job. Safety is definitely a top priority. I've never heard anything bad about a job they've done and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs quality electrical work done.
